A 50% non-refundable deposit is due to reserve a spot on a course.

The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the course start date.

There are no refunds for any reason, including injury, schedule changes or poor weather.

If the course is unable to operate due to unforeseeable circumstances (no snow, pandemics, governmental/geopolitical issues, environmental catastrophe, etc.) the deposit remains non-refundable.

You may transfer your reservation to another person.  However, you are responsible for finding/securing someone to take your place.  Your deposit remains non-refundable.

Switching to another course date (with spots available) is allowed up to 30 days prior to course start.
