• A 50% non-refundable deposit is due to reserve a spot on a course.

• The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the course start date.

• There are no refunds for any reason, including injury, schedule changes or poor weather.

• If the course is unable to operate due to unforeseeable circumstances (no snow, pandemics, governmental/geopolitical issues, environmental catastrophe, etc.) the deposit remains non-refundable.

• If your schedule changes, you may transfer your reservation to another person. However, you are responsible for finding/securing someone to take your place.  Your deposit remains non-refundable.
